Senior Fullstack Engineer (EdTech)


Description
We’re looking for a Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer to join one of our most exciting product partners. This is an early-stage ed-tech company working on a powerful tool to support neurodiverse learners in schools, starting with automated dyslexia and cognitive profiling.
In the short term, you’ll be building fast, working hands-on across the stack, and solving meaningful problems that directly impact students. Longer-term, you’ll play a central role in defining the architecture, scaling the product, and growing the tech team.
This is not a support role. You’ll be at the heart of the product and decision-making.

React, Next.js, GraphQL, Supabase, Vercel, and Google Cloud Platform
Key requirements
* Proven experience leading dev teams while remaining hands-on with code
* Comfortable with light DevOps tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
* Adaptable mindset and ability to switch context quickly
* Passion for mentoring and building a high-performing engineering culture
* Curiosity and excitement around using AI/LLMs to improve real user outcomes
Responsibilities
* Build and ship features hands-on using React, Next.js, GraphQL, and Supabase
* Own and shape the product’s technical architecture for scalability and maintainability
* Make key technical decisions and contribute to long-term product strategy
* Help define and grow the engineering team, including recruitment and culture
* Collaborate closely across teams to deliver a fast, reliable, and user-focused platform
