Senior FE Engineer

At Metamindz, every placement is backed by CTO-led vetting, not generic recruiting. We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join one of our clients on an outstaff basis, working closely with their in-house team on a modern, actively evolving frontend.

About the Role

You'll be embedded directly with the client's engineering team, working on a React-based frontend built with TypeScript, Redux and Material UI. This is a hands-on, senior-level role — you'll be trusted to own frontend decisions and collaborate directly with the client's CTO throughout the engagement.

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of professional frontend experience
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow, while still understanding how things work under the hood
• Able to research and solve problems independently, without heavy hand-holding
• Very strong written and spoken English — you'll be communicating directly with the client
• Available to start September 1st or sooner
• Not currently based in Ukraine, or based in Ukraine but not liable for military conscription (this is a hard requirement for this particular client, following a previous placement that was disrupted by a developer being drafted)

Interview Process

• Initial screening with our recruitment team
• Interview with the client's CTO
• A take-home technical assignment
• A final tech interview with the client's team, covering your assignment and technical depth
