Five hires, and management time back for building product

eLocker had no technical leadership in-house. Metamindz reviewed around 90 candidates, ran the technical interviews, and filled five engineering and leadership roles.

What we did

It started with a fractional CTO audit that set out the problems and the fixes plainly, without creating a dependency. From there, Metamindz reviewed around 90 candidates and ran the technical interviews, and that judgement is what gave eLocker the confidence to hire.

“We've worked with Lev and Metamindz for several months, both in a fractional CTO role and on recruitment. They've been excellent throughout, responsive, easy to work with, and highly capable. I couldn't recommend them enough.”
